High spec very clean & tidy 5 berth compact 14/15' CRIS registered Caravan that's ready to tow away & use. Twin Electrics hook up - CRIS Registered ( all windows security etched) - All documents & original owner handbooks present - 2 sets of keys EXTRAS: - Full size Awning that cost me £450 Please note this is a used Caravan that is 22 years old & although in very good / clean condition overall, it is not perfect so please expect usual signs of wear & tear for its age. In last 9yrs I've owned it, I have only taken it out a dozen or so times but has always been a warm comfortable pleasure to stay in, caravan is kept in storage the rest of the time under winter all weather cover. Ok the bad bits: 18 months ago I found a few minor signs of damp on the offside (see photos) however having totally re-sealed to outer trims with silicone last year it has never got any worse & is in fact totally dry & solid in these areas certainly no worse than it was back then. The body work has a few minor dents & bumper trim has the odd crack but nothing to affect the caravan & its use, as to be expected however that back end has met with some bumper damage when positioning it on campsite... These areas have been filled, primed & lacquered so all fully water tight accordingly . Finally the Fridge has always worked perfectly although on Sunday when I returned to the fused switch light was out, this may only be a case of replacing the switch (£5) / fuse (50p) etc but am no expert myself, however I have reduced the asking price by £100 just in case a replacement fridge needed (but sure fridge is fine....they are listed on here from £40 2nd hand) Thanks for looking
